Hi, I’m Robin and I have recently joined the Sure Group as an Internal Trainer. I have over 15 years’ experience working in care across a range of settings including community care, residential services and mental health. I have supported individuals with mental illness, physical and learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge, as well as supporting people to transition from hospital into community living. My role focuses on inducting new starters and delivering refresher training for existing staff, and I am passionate about sharing practical knowledge and real life experience to support high quality care.

Hi I’m Stacey, I am one of the trainers at Sure Training. I have over 7 years training experience across different work sectors including Healthcare, Motor, Banking and Charitable. I am also an accredited trainer with a UK awarding body to deliver First Aid, Paediatric First Aid and Mental Health First Aid and awareness courses. I am a passionate and lively trainer, who enjoys creating a relaxed engaging environment where people can learn and be themselves as appose to very formal training settings.

I started in care in 2014 as a care assistant and moved int training in 2016. There, I achieved my level 3 teaching award. I worked as a regional trainer until 2022 when I joined Sure group as their training manager. During this time I have achieved my train the trainer qualifications, level 5 medication administration, level 5 moving and handling, and I am accredited to deliver a wide array of courses.

I started with Sure Group to develop business for Sure Training as the BDM, as the business has grown, I now weld many titles due to expansion. I started in healthcare recruitment 15 years ago, working with nurses in the NHS. Now I coordinate my fantastic team of trainers to a range of care service providers, and as the business has grown, I now also provide a range of First Aid, Mental Health, Fire Marshal training to our valued clients in the manufacturing sector as well.
